Sarah Claire Smith, MS, LMHC

Sarah Claire is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who holds a Masters Degree in Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is a co-founder of Providencia Counseling Collective and is committed to removing the stigma around therapy and barriers to people receiving mental/emotional/spiritual care. Sarah Claire is an EMDR trained, trauma focused therapist as well as certified Life Coach.

She has specific focus and experience working with emotional and relational trauma healing, attachment wounds work, sexuality issues, spiritual trauma, faith deconstruction/reconstruction, somatic work, IFS, and narrative therapy.

She has a professional background in the performing arts and loves working with artists to integrate wellness practices into their artistry.

Sarah Claire’s own journey in counseling has been transformative for her, and she is honored to walk with people in the same life-changing work. Kristen McWilliams, MS Counseling, Life Coach, Couples Coach

Kristen McWilliams holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is a certified life coach, Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, owns a coaching business (Souls and Seasons), and is a Discipleship Coach through the ECO Presbyterian denomination.

She is passionate about coming alongside others and helping them to unearth hidden dreams, concerns, memories, obstacles, and motivations. This process occurs in a safe environment, utilizing a person-centered approach in the care she provides through coaching. She works with individual and couples as well as staff teams within organizations.

 
 
 
 

Keith Case, MA, MDiv

Founder | Therapist

Keith Case has an MDiv and Masters of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, FL. He is a trained in Life Coaching and is a certified Church Planting Coach as well as a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with the State of Florida. He is an ordained pastor in the ECO Presbyterian denomination. Keith has been serving in full time ministry and providing pastoral counseling for the last 14 years. He has offered a unique style of pastoral counseling that integrates the whole self which acknowledged trauma, inner-wounds, and encouraged healing. As a therapist, he utilizes narrative therapy while creating emphasis on person-centered and emotion-focused therapeutic styles. Keith has experienced his own inner healing through therapeutic spaces and is passionate about offering it to our city and to pastors and church leaders for their own emotional health and the health of their churches.

 
 
 
 
 

Leah Gooley, LMHC

Leah has a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Asheville, North Carolina. She was drawn to the mental health field after managing a nonprofit employing women in crisis. Leah has worked in schools, private practice, residential programs, outpatient facilities, and with human trafficking survivors in Cambodia. She is an EMDR trained therapist and has received extensive training in: Play therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She also offers in person EMDR Intensives, which can offer life changing healing in a shorter timespan. Leah believes in the power of people’s innate inner strength and draws from her clients strengths to highlight the natural resilience and worthiness already present.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Adam Colling LMHC, MCAP, ICADC

Adam is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addictions Professional and International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Florida. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Augusta State University in Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Adam has over 10 years of experience as a therapist, clinical director, CEO and owner of various facilities in Florida. Adam has extensive training in trauma treatment and is a Nationally certified EMDR therapist as well as Neurofeedback practitioner. His experience has led to him a strong passion for helping people not just focus on diminishing symptoms but to discover and heal from the root issues.

 
 
 
 

Tiffany Mitchell, LCSW

Tiffany is an LCSW and also a Certified CLS and for as long as Tiffany can remember, helping improve the live's of kiddos has been her passion. Watching children thrive, overcome, and develop the skills needed to navigate this scary, ever-changing world is beautiful to experience. She has over ten years of experience working with kiddos in their homes facing death, grief, illness, anxiety, divorce and other loss. These traumatic experiences often leave children confused, afraid, and looking for healing and hope. Out of the box, kiddo-centered care, is her favorite approach to meet a child where they are physically, cognitively, emotionally, and socially. Every child is uniquely different and will need different tools and coping skills to learn, grow, heal, and thrive in their own individual worlds. Romina Barrientos, LMHC

Romina Barrientos is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping families and children thrive. She was born and raised in Guatemala, and she speaks both English and Spanish fluently. She completed her graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2017. Romina has experience working with adults, teens, and children struggling with a variety of disorders and life changes/transitions.
She has been trained extensively in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and filial therapy. For the last six years, she has worked in community agencies and at local schools, providing individual and group therapy to children, teens, and parents/caregivers. As a dance instructor and writer, Romina also implements movement, dance, journaling, and the arts to assist her clients in the therapeutic process.
